What's the difference between this and a new unit?
Mostly the cost. These are customer returns with less than 10 hours use. The hardware, software, and harnesses/optional add-ons are all identical to new units. Some units still have the protective plastic on them. Just doesn't feel right selling them as new.
What else comes in the box?
We're not like the other guys. EVERYTHING you need to install comes included, even the optional stuff the other guys nickel and dime you for, (e.g. "dark mode," RCA output cables, GPS adapters for your OEM navigation antenna, Bose sound box, etc.
How about support?
The manufacturer's warranty will likely be expired on these. But you can count on the renouned white glove support experience we offer to all customers - this includes timely responses and access to all the groups/digital downloads.
