Orders, shipping & processing

How long does it take to ship my order?
  • G-Series head units & APEX clusters: 3–5 business days processing, ~10 business days total to delivery in the US.
  • Tesla S3XY accessories (Hansshow): 3–5 business days processing, ~30 business days total to delivery.
  • G-Series accessories (cameras, protectors, wiring kits): 5–10 business days processing.
  • Glowe lighting & etched lens overlays: custom-built per order, 5–10 business days processing.

How do I track my order?

Tracking is sent automatically by email and text (if a mobile number is provided) when your order ships. If you haven't received it, check spam first, then email support@squarewheelsauto.com with your order number.

Do you ship internationally?

Many G-Series products offer left-hand and right-hand drive variants for international markets. Rates and timelines vary by destination — email support@squarewheelsauto.com with your country and the product for an accurate quote.

Why is the Tesla accessory line slower than the G-Series line?

Our Tesla Model Y and Model 3 accessories are fulfilled by Hansshow, which ships from overseas. Plan for ~30 business days from order to delivery on Tesla products. See the Vendors & Collective FAQ for how partner fulfillment works.

Returns, refunds & warranty

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies and the customer covers return shipping. To start a return, email support@squarewheelsauto.com with your order number. See the full Refund Policy.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — G-Series head units and APEX clusters are covered by manufacturer warranty against defects. Contact support with your order number and a description of the issue and we'll guide you through diagnosis and any replacement parts.

What if my order arrives damaged or doesn't work?

Email support@squarewheelsauto.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We replace damaged units at no cost.

Email support@squarewheelsauto.com — include your order number if it's about an existing order. We respond within one business day, and most issues are resolved over email or a short video call.

Where are you located?

SquareWheels Auto is headquartered in Suwanee, Georgia, USA. Local installation is available by appointment at our Suwanee facility.

Do you offer wholesale pricing or installer accounts?
