Refund policy
All products are backed by a 1 Year Manufacturers warranty, which is effective the date your order is delivered. In most cases, we'll offer white glove support throughout the life of the product, regardless of warranty status.
We put a tremendous amount of effort into offering the best products, with full transparency upfront, so you know exactly what you’re getting before you place an order. Our team works hard to ensure fast and accurate fulfillment, so your order reaches you as quickly as possible. This level of efficiency helps minimize costly returns, keeping prices fair for all customers.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is processed & shipped.
Your refund will be subject to a 10% service charge.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We pride ourselves in a stellar pre-and-post purchase experience, and negotiate with our vendors to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. It is actually quite expensive each transaction, and we manage to keep the prices competitive. That said, please be sure you know what you want before you order!
Because of this, returned items are subject to a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@squarewheelsauto.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Connectivity, software/app or operating system issues do not constitute defects. Please work with the respective app/service's provider for troubleshooting/resolution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital downloads (Sergey Firmware) perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, custom-cut lighting kits, or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
