-Full Android OS. You can use this just like you would a tablet. Download apps from the Google Play store (Google Maps, Waze, YouTube, Netflix, Pandora, etc.) and run them directly on the unit itself, no phone or screen mirroring required! (Some apps do require a data/internet connection). You can also run apps like Torque and ECUTek (wired connection only) to get gauges displayed on your upper screen with no need for a phone to be connected!
-Wired/Wireless Apple CarPlay. You can use compatible CarPlay apps like Google Maps, Waze, and Pandora. Although wireless carplay is supported it is recommended to use wired for a more stable connection. Wireless carplay support may change in the future.
-Wired Android Auto. Get the convenience of Android Auto with apps like Google Maps, Waze, and Pandora at your fingertips.
-Includes HDMI out/AV in to add video sources such as front/rear parking cameras or integrated dash camera that can be fully controlled through the unit.
-Full integration with OEM controls. You can use the touch screen, steering wheel controls, or the rotary knob to navigate through the apps just as if it came from the factory. The voice button on the steering wheel even activates Google voice assistant for voice commands!
-Plug and play installation requires no cutting or soldering and can be uninstalled if needed. Only tool required is a philips head screw driver. Please note, installation does require disassembly of the OEM upper screen.
