Vendors & Collective FAQ — How We Work With Partner Brands

Alongside our own G-Series and APEX lines, we curate select products from trusted partner brands so you can outfit your vehicle in one place. Here's how that works.

How it works

Why does SquareWheels sell other brands' products?

Our core products are the SquareWheels G-Series head units and APEX clusters. To let you build your whole car in one place, we also curate complementary products from trusted partner brands — lighting, styling, Tesla accessories, window tint, and more — through Shopify Collective. We pick brands we'd run on our own builds.

What is Shopify Collective?

Shopify Collective is Shopify's first-party program that lets one Shopify store offer products from another, with orders routed to the partner brand for fulfillment. It means you check out once on SquareWheels, and each partner ships their own items directly.

Which partner brands do you carry?

Current partners include Omnique (reflective, color-shift window tint for any vehicle), Hansshow (Tesla Model Y and Model 3 accessories), and others across lighting and styling. The lineup grows as we vet new brands.

Shipping, returns & fitment

How does shipping work for partner products?

Partner items ship directly from the vendor, so timelines differ from our in-house lines. Tesla accessories (Hansshow) ship from overseas — plan ~30 business days. Window tint and most other partner items ship on each vendor's own schedule, shown on the product page. See the SquareWheels FAQ for our in-house timelines.

Can I return a partner-brand product?

Yes — partner products follow our standard return policy (30 days, 20% restocking fee, customer pays return shipping) unless noted otherwise on the product page. Start any return by emailing support@squarewheelsauto.com with your order number, and we'll coordinate with the vendor.

Are partner products vetted for quality?

Yes. We only add brands whose products meet the standard we hold our own G-Series and APEX lines to. If something isn't right, contact support@squarewheelsauto.com and we'll make it right.

Is fitment guaranteed on partner products?

It depends on the product. Some partner items are universal (for example, Omnique window tint fits any make and model), while others are vehicle-specific — check the product page and variant options. When in doubt, email support@squarewheelsauto.com with your year, make, model, and trim before ordering.
