We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.  

All orders over $1,099 may require signature upon delivery. 

Once the carrier shows confirmation, the delivery is deemed complete, and risk of loss and title pass to you, the customer.  In the event of a payment dispute, we will provide carrier documentation. We are not liable for chargebacks when valid proof of delivery exists.
